FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

Job Overview:
Are you ready to lead our team in delivering exceptional service within a fast-paced hospitality environment? We're searching for a dynamic Front of House Manager who's passionate about the culinary and hospitality industry. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations
  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and uphold company standards.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels for efficient operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and patio to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience in the food industry or hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures and POS systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Knowledge of culinary practices and bartending techniques is advantageous.
